We are expanding and looking for individuals to train from the ground up giving them the sales experience necessary to grow in the marketing industry. This job involves face to face sales of services to new business prospects. Therefore, we are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, above average work ethic and strong values and integrity who can be trusted one on one with our business clients at all levels.
This past year we have acquired more business from our clients than we can handle and we are looking for key players to help contribute to our expansion. We plan to expand to four new locations within the year. Our biggest focus is developing management, so we require all individuals to train and be strong at all levels of business to prepare for this growth.

Entry-level Account Consultants and Marketing Associates are responsible for the following:
* Meeting with business owners to consult them on service changes our client is currently
providing them
* Assisting in new client acquisition and increasing market-share
* Assisting in the daily operation of our company
* Developing and implementing original training techniques to achieve internal goals
* Developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment
* Managing external client/customer needs
* Developing excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Initially we train people on the above fundamentals of marketing and sales, but we further train the right candidates for campaign specific management roles. Strong performance-based pay structure is available throughout the developmental program.
